Talk About a Charatable Event!
Part of the awards, as well as honouring our local wedding suppliers, is to raise much needed funds for local charities. The chosen charity for 2017 was the amazing Newlife, who provide specialist equipment for children with disabilities and terminal illness.
Every penny raised at the event was used to provide vital equipment for a child in Yorkshire. Nothing was deducted to cover administration; Newlife guarantees this thanks to its Midlands-based recycling and retail initiative which covers the charity’s core costs.
